On 7th October 2020 at 09:05am, I did a AEPS transaction of Rs. 1520.00
Transaction is failed but amount is Debited from customer account and not added in Agent wallet.

My Agent ID- sdl373673
My mobile number- 9198XXXX63
Customer bank account - Purvanchal bank
I request you please solve my problem and refund the money to back customer account or my wallet
