I have procured spice smart mobile phone online vide Invoice No.NITCDRII/DRH/05/2015/4837915 dtd.26/05/2015. It has been observed that the said handset is too often switched off automatically while attending calls/dialing calls. When battery detached and again reinserted than the mobile start operating. The said mobile handset have had heating problem as well. All these trouble started after a week days time from the date of purchase. I have placed the handset to your authorized service center "TOUCH PALACE, HAQUE COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, 1ST FLOOR, S.S.ROAD, LAKHTAKIA, GUWAHATI- 781 001 " on 2nd October'2015 and handed over to myself on 14th November'15. Though the problem as pointed out has been attended by the said authorized service center, the problem persists. As such I have to hand over the handset to said service center once again on 26th November'2015 and the said handset has been handed over to me on 04th December. But same problems persists. Once again I have been compelled to handed over the hand set to the said service center on 12th December for rectification. The handset is with the said service center. As such, it is requested to look into the matter and rectify my handset at the earliest possible please. Was this information helpful? |
