Spice Mobiles — Complain against Service Request No. 30100144F40717

Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased a mobile hand set from spice mobile (Spice Hot spot) Kondali delhi-96, on the month FEB-2015, but with in two month i got some problem in my cell phone that's why i went to spice service center at laxmi nagar delhi-110092 on dated-30/04/2015, at customer service center person was told me it will take 10-15 days, but again i was visited there at laxmi nagar spice service center on ( date-14/05/2015) but service center engineer said it will take another one month. where as the service time period maximum day is 21 days. Due to this we are facing lots of problem & they are waisting our time & money for this. Regards Sarita [protected]
