I have made a Complain Regarding
Spice Mobile Dated 21st May...Same Day a
Person Call me from [protected]..He said that he is calling from Spice Delhi..He told that company will Refund the Amount Rs-5150/- ...And He asked me to carry a
SBI ATM Card and ask to call his no infront of a ATM Counter..at 3 pm..
On 22nd May As per his Guideline I reached infont of ATM Counter and called him...But Nobody Picked the phone...I called at least 30-35 times to that no...At 4 pm I was back from there..
Again Next Day(23rd May) I called several time to that no, , But nobody picked, , and around 1pm..My no is BlackListed by them.. Again I called them by an different no..A
person picked the phone ...I Expained him Again the Full Matter...He said that he Received the mail...And He commited that due to Server Issue they Unable to generate the transaction ID...He told that if possible they can call back on same day within 7pm...Or They proceeed and call me on Monday (25th May)within 10 am ..
But Still Now Neither they call me or nor they picking my phone...
I was very much Frustrated with Spice all Service and departments and Employees activities and attitude...
I shall be Highly Obliged if you take care my issue, , and try to Resolve the issue...
