I am Anil Kumar dey, i had bought a mobile on the date of[protected]. My mobile details

I choose this product because of it is an Indian product. But it is shame to say you that after 19 days o[censored]sing this product, the front speaker is not working. So i am not able listen anything.
I had bought this mobile from "VENKATESHWARA ENTERPRISES, HSR LAYOUT, BANGALORE". At the time of buying the mobile they told me that if any problem will come we will help you out, also i had paid extra Rs. 500.00 for insurance (DAILY:POLICY).
Now when i went with my problem they are telling we can not help you for this. So i had taken it to the service center "ASK SK MOBILE CARE, BOMANAHALLLI, KARNATAKA" . They told me you come after 4 days. I am felling shame in front of my friends, because i was telling proudly i am using Indian not out of country product.
I have got a SMS with "SR NO[protected]EC0048".
This is my request to Spice please give good support to the customer and test the device properly before lunching to the market. It really shame for me i choose an Indian product. Try to make us proud by using Indian product.
