Spice Mobiles — not receiving new battery complaining 25/9/14

Sir my battery of M510spice mobile phone got damage and I complain for new battery on 25/9/2014 my phone battery is out of warranty so requested for new one but till date I have not received new battery from spice serviced centre I call servile time to costumer care but they only insure me so please take it seriously and help me to provide me a new battery truly sarbjeet singh EMIE NO.IS [protected]
