Spice Mobiles — Repeatedly switched off

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

Within two days after purchasing the phone (Model no. Boss m 5470) the phone is switched off automatically while calling or receiving the call, unless the battery case is opened and reinsertion of the battery is done inspite of full charge . Then only it starts functioning for 2 hrs to 2 days and again the same problems happening, how the problem could be solved?
