Hi, Please note that I have submitted my SPICE Phone MI-509 in Spice customer care on dtd 30.03.2015 and at the time of acceptance they told me that same will be delivered to you with in a week. After that I have called up your customer care and they have again give me 06 days time for delivery. Now when I am checking my phone status I am getting same already send for repair in hight level . Now I wants to tell today is 26th and after 26th Day same reason is appearing. Now tell me who will pay the loss and why my phone is not providing timly. As per the customer centre the damage part is not available then why same is not informed by CS. Also It is under warranty and my question is simple only why it is not replaced yet. Regards Mitesh.
