Spice Mobiles / Spice Mobility — Battery defective

I purchased Spice MI 549 mobile in the month Feb- 2015 by HOMESHOP18.After 5 months the battery is swollen. I am enquiring with all spice show rooms & other shops but not available anywhere.Homeshop 18 also not support to required accessories.Why this model is manufactured, that in less than a year the performance is so bad with the battery.
