Resp. Sir, i have purchase spice boss m5361 imei no [protected] on 10.02.16, but its totally decfective its music is not satisfactory, its torch is not active, and become hot when put on charging, I have returned it to shop from where i had purchase it ( aachal mobile store, karanja lad, washim)on date 11.02.16 but still is not sending to distributor nor to service center, I have visited to service center for checking they said that they dont get such handset for repairing/service. Its looking that spice mobile company is unable to provide good services to customers. Its will be good that my money will be refunded Was this information helpful? | |
