Spidigo — Bad resolution efforts. (Not providing subscribed plan speed) | |||||
I have been satisfied customer of spidigo since last two years, but since last month the service have deteriorated to worst ever that I may plan to close this connection. I have been subscribed for 2 MBPS unlimited plan and I am not getting even 0.40 MBPS speed. My another 2G connection is working better than this broadboard connection. Its pathetic to say. everytime I log complaint and technical team does something from their end which resolves the issue temporary but that too does not even last a single day. Next day its the same issue again. I have logged 8-9 complaints in last 15 days and still the issue is not been completely resolved. The Field engineer too comes to my home, calls up the his colleague and wow the problem is sorted but next day same issue again. I already dropped email to refund me my subscription for this month because o[censored]nsatisfactory service, but all I get a fancy auto response email promising to get satisfaction.
