Hello,

At the time of installation, Spidigo give me commitment that you will not face any issue regarding internet connectivity but I can't imagine that I have to put complaint regarding 'internet is not working' 2 - 3 times in a week. After complaint, they fix the issue and give commitment as this kind of issue will not raise in future and internet working as expected around 2 days and same issue occurs and after that I have to compain again. This cycle is continuously going on and getting frusted now.
Please take some necessary action on this company so in future none of the person try to cheat like this.

my name is varun chheda and i am from ahmedabad i have been facing the issue for the spidigo broadband since last 10 days and my user id is chandni chheda .. i dailiy use to call 3 to 4 times on their customer care number and even engineer visited at my place but still the problem has not been resolved i request you to please forward my complain in spidigo and request them to solve my issue

Spidigo — Internet Issues

Let us all plan to go to their office and get the solution. They are ditching customer and now it has become their habit. They are not even trying to improve their services, which is the most surprising part.

Spidigo — Breach of Service level agreement.

Frequent disconnections with WIFI service provided. No speed as defined in service level agreement. No response for complaint resolution.

Spidigo — Un regular provide service

One month under 4 to 6 day sauitdown network.regularly comlaim but no more change the service.our area only one provider to net.our end no opssion other provider pl.request the regularly service provide and time time problems solved.

Spidigo — .refund not received

I had given written app. On 25 th august. Company promised ti give me refund in 10 days. Till date I have not received. There is no response fromthe company

I called many times but SPiDiGO is not solving or listening since 22-July-2015.

Account Name: sas1 I have gone with 1MBPS plan but I am able to get only 0.30mbps speed only. I have complain many time in support but no result till date.

Last 7 din se net bandh he. Har bar aesa bola jaata he dhawal panchal engineer aayega. But no reply.
