Since 1 month, internet connection was disconnected and lot of false promises were made to rectify the problem. Whenever i complained i use to raise technical requests to solve the issue through customer care agents and mostly through direct online complaints sections. Under user id - harshilshah.84... I have complained more than 20 times. I feel spidigo have cheated me. I am finding ways to contact consumer protection authorities or to file a case.
