[Resolved]  Spidigo — net is not working from last couple of days

My internet is not working from last couple of days, when I submit my complain their person come to my house and just do something and they say to house wife that it has been resolved but it was never resolved.. They are making fool and one of the pathetic provider in Ahmedabad..i need my money back ..They are fraud and cheat company.. They dint respect to any customer.. My login id is maulikkp. i am running IT business and i know how things works ..Check below screenshot of ping test. Its broken like hell.
