Spidigo — SPiDiGO - Internet connection not working from last 18 days

I have spidigo connection at my home which has not been working since last 18 days...Everyday I am calling twice to customer care of spidigo..and register my complaint, also I have sent 6-7 complain mails ...but no response from company neither any executive has visited my place for solving issue.. my user id is - darshit.bhatt ...plz help me in solving this problem as soon as possible...
