I had lodged a complaint on 10th may but since now no response, I had called daily 2 calls at least but always i was said that the complaint will be resolved shortly or as soon as possible. my user id is upkareneterprise. I am frustrated with your service. I have to pay for TDS and Vat online and as well to deliver the material outside gujarat i have to generate form 402 online which is compulsory as per vat rule. No body is trying to resolve. If not possible to resolve immediately or you are not interested to resolve the same immediately than tell me and refund my balance amount and take your connection back. Because of you I have to suffer which is now not possible. Any government due penalty due to you will be your account which please note.

Spidigo — Wifi not working since long!!!!!

USER ID:kirti lahoti my spidigo netgear router is not working since. though after so many complaints the problem is not solve. please send technician to my home or i will disconnect from spidigo broadband services.

Net connection is not working

Still 2 days net is not working. i'm also call on your customer department and they also sending me compliant ID No.[protected]. And still not any technician coming at home.
