sir I would like to inform you that my complaint is the connectivity always disconnect at the speific time everyday at 10.01 a.m. In this regard i have to state that your engineer Mr. Dhavan visited my place and i have shown him personally. His observation says that I have to logout once in -24- hours and then relogin after that the above problem will not take place (27/4/2015). I have followed his instruction today morning but sorry to say that nothing is improved/solved. Today at again 10.01 a, m, it is disconnected. I am really very much strained since last -20- days. kindly take up this matter at higher level of engineer/technicians to solve my problem. hopping an immediate solution from your side thanks & regards
