I have unlimited usage plan .since 7 days internet is not working properly I have report to the customer care and they says we are provide you an engineer to solve the problem but matter is going to worst when the net is down now since 3 days internet is totally disconnected and when I contact them they still says they remind engineer to solve our problem as soon as possible but I think they not knowing exact meaning of as soon as .

Regarding our complaint I text the masseges to the customer care because their help line number is down due to technical error. so I nearly text 10 messages in two days and at the end they provide us an engineer to solve our problem.
