Spykar — Wrong Product Delivered and not returning

Madam/ Dear Sir

My order No. SPY15529 dated 25/02/2023 was for https://spykar.com/products/sknnos001blueraw?variant=[protected]

But again instead a wrong product (pic attach ) has been delivered, now i am trying to raise return but this order 15529 is not reflecting in my account and there is no response to my email and whatsapp message.

How the public will rely on this company /????/
