I have an account with this company, I used some space more than allowed. By mistake I forgot to remove my emails from the server.
They suspended my account and then told me to upgrade only then I can see my emails. I told them that I want to delete all my emails on the server or you can also delete all the emails, it was by mistake that i forgot to remove my emails on the server. But they just told that you can not login in to your control panel till you upgrade. Nobody can delete till access is allowed to the control panel.
Everybody should be beware of this company. Below is the chatting with the company
