Hosting Suspended and not allowing to login without more payment.

I have an account with this company, I used some space more than allowed. By mistake I forgot to remove my emails from the server.
They suspended my account and then told me to upgrade only then I can see my emails. I told them that I want to delete all my emails on the server or you can also delete all the emails, it was by mistake that i forgot to remove my emails on the server. But they just told that you can not login in to your control...

I am not satisfied with square brothers.com hosting services in chennai, actually I bought, www.l3corporatesolutions.com, I have face some problem in my webpage and I was totally changed a new webpage and upload via filezilla, then I face 404 and Not found error on the website.,
