Sree Dhanunjaya Travels — agents and buses worst

29/10/2017. I traveled from hyd to vskp on ac semi sleeper bus.. Actually i booked tickets i m sree dhanumjaya travels. Time given 7pm at kukatpally. But 6.30i got one call from bus agent. He said sir in kukatpally so much traffic and police also there so please come miyapur.. So again i traveled by auto to miyapur. 7.30 completed the bus not came, i asked to agent they said coming in 10mins again 30mins after i asked agent bus driver number given then i called to driver he said ac problem it will take some time finally bus came on 8.30.. We entered in bus after bus reached mehadipatnam and 1hour above there try to repaire the ac by technicians. But it's not working.. Finally bus started and reached lb nagar on 11.50.. Every passenger faced so much problem.. The agent didn't pick any calls, finally police came and we complaint to him.. Bus started and reaches 3am at suryapeta.. There changed the another bus.. Really bad experience and very worst.. I never book in this traveles.. Worst bus maintainance and irresponsible agents..
