Sree Dhanunjaya Travels — no driver and bus details sent

The bus i booked was from hyderabad to chennai at 11.15 from l. B nagar. Firstly i did not receive any message from the travels neither mobikwik from where i booked my tickets. Secondly they don't receive calls at all. And third thing they call al 11.40 to ask when we ll board. Finally of no where they come n tell the bus name is gagana and is same company of sree dhanunjaya. How the hell would we know that they both are the same when we did not receive any message. Worst experience. Never book this bus. I was about to lodge a complaint against this travels.
