Sree Gowri Ganesha Chits — Not received chit amount

I have two chits in Vijayanagar Branch, Bangalore, both got completed in August 2021, September I signed the required documents. Till now I have not received the chit amount. When I visited their head office, they are simply keep on extending the dates, they did not pay in any of the committed dates. Requesting concern department to take necessary action, its been more than 5 months now.
