I got Scorpio service done from Sri Durga Automobile, situated at 55, Rama Road_WS, New Delhi wide repair order no: RO23G007795 ON 03.01.2023, 12 after the service when i took the scorpio for work, it dashboard mal functioned, immediately i contacted Saurabh Sharma who was appointed to get the service done on 03.01.2023.
He could not offer any help nor supported in getting the road side assistance, instead he casually asked me to bring the scorpio to service center after 2 days. I told him that it is not safe for me to drive the car as the dashboard is not showing anything and it can lead to car being damaged. He did not listen and insisted to bring the vehicle to service center.
Thereafter his number was unreachable and due to the demise of my father, i was not able to contact the service center nor they were bothered to call me. It has been 3 months since scorpio is not working and is off the road.
in the absence of professional support from service center, im forced to lodge a complaint and take it to the level of consumer forum for cheating. and fooling me. If they cannot do the service properly and damage my car, they should compensate me the complete amount what i have spent to purchase this car
