Hi,
My car had a accidental work in sri durga automobile, rama road, new delhi, they have taken cash of rs. 75000/- stating the depreciation on job work claimed under insurance. This rs. 75000/- includes 28% gst on the job work done. Now they are not providing me the invoice of rs. 75000/- including gst, they are giving me invoice in the name of tata, whereas i need invoice in my name with my gst number to claim the gst paid by me. Tata will claim gst on the amount tata pay, rest sri durga automobile is playing with the gst amount. Kindly take immediate action as they are doing this with lakhs of rupees.
