I booked ticket from Vijayawada to vizag on 03/01/21 journey date.
I requested to driver pick up me in Hanuman junction starting and me and my family stands on road he seen and could not stopped bus I ran and caught the bus above 300Mt along with my 1.5 years kid and 4 years kids.
His is saying you people are pressing phone.this don't have tracking. Driver full drunk alcohol oder or smell full of cabin and he is talking worsts and he using vulgar language he full drunk and driving bus rashly.his along few drunken friends they also Supporting driver.
He is drunk and driving bus who is responsible to my life.
Sri Krishna Chennupati travels is worst and very dangerous to our life's.
We are risking my lifes.

Finally he stopped bus near bus stop.
Driver full drunk. Cabin filled with alcohol oder or smell and he is talking worsts and he using vulgar language to me along with my family. he full drunk and driving bus rashly.his along few drunken friends.

We had a very bad experience traveling with you and have decided that we would never travel with you again.
Me, a mother of two small kids requested the driver to support in letting us get into the bus near the city outskirts. The driver has answered that I will see, if I find you guys then I will let you in nor I will move ahead to the bus stand. The bus stand is 2kms away and at the time of 11pm we didn't get public transport for conveyance. With kids and elder people with me, I was standing on the road but the driver has not stopped the bus even after recognizing us and he was at the speed of 80-90kmph at the time he passed us by.
I had to request my fellow friends and to drop us at the bus stop. On asking the reason for not stopping there was a heated argument with the driver. To my surprise, the driver was drunk full on. The whole night I was really in fear of my kids life. How can a drunken person drive us carefully for 400kms and this has made me to decide not to travel with you again
I said to driver I will take serious will do complaint he replied what you have to do your self I never fear about it.
Kindly plz take serious passengers life
