Sri Krishna Travels — Last minute Changing bus and Rude behaviour

We booked ticket from Theni to Chennai for 17th F9eb 21:15 PM, Now from (The Krishna Travels) travels and saying that they have changed the bus, I booked lower breath for my Mother( 62 Year ) . But they are saying as the bus has changed we don't have lower breath, They are offering upper breath to my mother or they are informing that they will refund 100 Rs in rude manner. we booked the seat for RS 650. Money doesn't matter now how we can check the alternative and how my mother can travel in upper breath. Please consider this priority and take necessary action on the transport. we are booking only on the TRUST to Redbus. Hope you will take necessary action.
