[Resolved]  Sri Krishna Travels — Last minute they have cancelled my booked ticket

I had booked for a bus through mobile from Chennail to Theni for my grand mother, Please find below the message from travels. Chennai-Theni on 13/01/2015 is confirmed with PNR:30396, Ser.No: Che-Cumbam 07:25PM, Fare:Rs.850, Seat No.LB5. Last minute I received call from travels regarding change the time from 7:25PM to 6:40PM. I requested them i am on the way I am unable to reach 6:40 PM. Because they informed last minute regarding change of time. Immediately I received cancellation message from them. I really irritated. Whoever given more money given seat to them and cancelled the ticket already booked person. Please kindly take action with Sri Krishna Travels. They are cheating customers regularly. Especially festival times.
