I have to travel today for hyderabad to vizag bus no ar 01 t 1122 and my boarding point was at gachibowli at 9.20 but i was 5 mins late to boarding point at that time he called me and ne said that to come to lakdipul and we said okay. Without informing anything he told me that we already crossed abids. I already reached lakdikapul by 10.10 can’t he wait for 5 mins for passenger. Later he said to come to lb nagar. How i will reach to lb nagar as i am pregnant women. Still i had not boarded the bus si i need immediate action to take and i want my money to return back. I booked ticket in Sri krishna travels travelling date on 29th December 2018 from annavaram to hyd. At that time operator called me said the had been cancelled due to breakdown. We will refund the amount like that. But till I didn't get any amount. Irresponsible people. I need my money back.
