I booked a ticket on jan. 10, 6.15 from kulasekharam to chennai, ticket no: tk[protected]. The bus didn't reach the location till 6.35 so i phoned nagercoil office and he said that the bus will be starting only from nagercoil. But i didn't receive any official information prior to that. Even he accepted to go for the alternative, by assuring that the money will be refunded if five days. I phoned the same person this morning. Now he puts the blame upon me, and he is not taking responsibility for refunding. Utterly disappointed, his no: [protected]
