Hi, today by mistake we booked tickets from Chennai to Hyderabad instead of Hyderabad to Chennai. We called customer care to cancel those tickets but they are not agreeing with us. Could you please think practically., No one will do mistakes purposefully. We have exercises for everything. You can have option to revert back my money and at this time I am not arguing but I can't loose my money. Please do it and let me know asap. Waiting for your your peaceful reply. Sri Krishna Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 05, 2018 Updated by Radhika Kode Booked tickets with names chakri and navya boarding point koyrmbedu. AC SLEEPER bus starting time 9 :PM, seats L16 and L17. Could you please cancel these tickets for today asap. From Chennai to Hyderabad.
