Sri Vishnu Indane Gas Agency — Gas booking cancelled without information

Hi,


I had ordered my gad refill from Sri Vishnu Indane Gas agency, Kadugodi on January 8th.
Booking number :371824


On 17th January I got message that invoice is generated.But still gas did not get delivered.


I called up agency around 100 times, no response.


I called up Indane automated helpline and checked the status.It mentioned that booking is cancelled.


Without informing how can the booking be cancelled?.I went to the agency personally, but they kept on saying come tomorrow etc etc.


Till now we don't have a cylinder delivered.
