Srilankan Airlines — Refund not received since 1 year | |||
Good Morning, I'm Henry Paul from India and a frequent flier with Srilankan Airlines and was flying from Coimbatore to Doha and back via Colombo until Covid break out in March 2020. Flight tickets were purchased from your office at Coimbatore. During Dec 2019 I had purchased a bulk ticket until October 2020 and the total amount was transferred as one payment. After flight cancellation from March 2020, the staffs working in the ticketing and reservation dept said the ticket fare will be refund and since then I am trying to contact them by phone and through e-mail, but to date I don't have a proper response and I hear is they are still processing. I'm not sure what processing is and why it take over an year. Please follow up and see what is causing the delay.
