Respected Sir,
I am Customer of your Sri Ram Chits Pvt Ltd Company, Tekkali Branch, Srikakulam Dist, Andhrapradesh, My CHIT No is TLL 17/48 & My Bailaws No is 64/2010, of One Lakhs Chit due some reasons I am unable to pay the money and I will not continue my CHIT that is the reason I closed my CHIT on your Company on November 2013, based on this I receive one letter correspondence from your Branch (Tekkali) on 8/11/2013 and what amount I got (Rs 57348.00/-) also in that letter, still I am not getting & receiving any Single Rupee from your office, nearly from 8/11/2013 to today (08/03/2014) nearly 5 months gone, I went to office many time there the Branch Manager is not giving any proper response, he was giving false answers, many time I will call to him but he was not lifting my number also, in Tekkali branch most of the people are facing the same problem with BM & other Staff they are giving nonsense answers, how the common people were interested on your company, if customer payment were delay how can you giving & sending the notices, at the same time what about on my issue, here also i want to give notice to you !, If you are not giving solution on this issue I am ready to give the complaint against on your Branch & Branch manager also. Before giving the complaint my responsibility was first intimating to HO because I am working in professional job. Please finalize the Amount (57348 + 4 Months Interest) also. I never saw this type of delay & false response in any finance company. My Request is Please Clear my Issue and Clear my Amount within day.
