my wife and son booked ticket at redbus on yours travls on 23/5/15 from chennai to tenkasi boarding point at perunkulathur the bus time was 8.15pm on 24/5/15.and those come to yours office at 8.15pm and inform yours travel agent and yours travel agent not taken any action and those wait for 9.15pm yours agent say that the bus was gone, yours agent was not phone call to passengers, i speck to yours agent this problem he was not taken any action and my wife and son suffering, and my relative give money and action taken to travel. so i kindly request yours firm, and yours firm is a good name in travel agency some people arespoil the company name so action taken in this matter seriously and some amount considerly remit to me i hope in this matter thanging you
