Please note that i had booked above ticket through online for the mercedes benz car on the above day. But unfortunately you could not provide your mercedes benz on the date due to the reasons only known to you and subsequently i was asked to travel by an ordinary vehicle. The amount of rs 1375/- was collected from me for travel by your special mercedes benz but i had to travel by your ordinary vehicles, for lower rate fare. At the time of my journey i was told that the difference in the fare would be credited in my bank account.

I am sorry to state that till now the difference in th e fares has not been credited in my account as alleged. You are requested to immediately credit the differemnced amount of fare failing which i would be constrained to take up the matter with the consumer forum. Hope you will do the needful immediately.
