Bus starting time : 10 am (Morning)

I have booked ticket (Booked on 09.08.2017) to travel from tirunelveli to chennai on 18.10.2017 (Through online - srm website); bus staring time 10 am (Morning). Rs.872/- is debited from my account. But ticket not booked. I did'nt receive any sms regarding ticket booking.

I booked yesterday 9.15 pm Chennai to Valliyur Scandia multi axel bus for 13/9/2017 journey from my mobile. The ticket amount is debited but ticket not confirmed. Please inform refund status.
