The worst travel experience ever din expect this with srm. Route: tirunelveli-bengaluru; boarding time:9:20pm bus was late it came by 10:50pm, the bus looked like hell the seats where torn and bed sheet was like towel, screen was not there (Bus no:8905). I complained to the driver he said you all will be changed in another bus at kovilpatti and that bus was dead slow i donno the reason why? What a worst service making passengers get down at night. Then we were changed to another bus (No:ka 8908) it looked good but when i woke it was 8am travel location was near salem, my dropping time @banglore:8:20am but we havent crossed dharmapuri by this time. Then happened the worstest bus tire was torn and we where halted in a petrol bunk near dharmapuri for 1hour and the changed tire is also damaged. At any cost dont try to convince customers give back the amount paid 1769inr. I need a refund. My interview is spoiled 10am was my interview and the purpose and paid amount is wasted due to your carelessness and service. Blackmark on you. Do refund.
