Srm Transports — Worst and horrible incident from your transport

We faced very worst and terrible experience.

Well, let me explain about the incident.

Our boarding from Chennai to Tirunelveli on Saturday at 8.15 PM. The PNR number for the ticket is : RBA30CC56 Seat No : U19 and U20

I have been standing at opposite to A2B hotel from 7.50 PM. I called Bus driver [protected] to enquiry about the same, but bad luck they did returned my call.

To my surprise, I just received a call from bus Driver at 8.00 PM saying that they have just started bus at koyambedu. So, I thought of standing there with friends from 8.30 PM and called the driver but again bad luck.Them I called the bus driver by 9.00 PM to ask where they have reached but no luck. Again, I started calling the agent after 10 mins but they also not answered my call.

I was standing with my friends calling them for every 10 mins to enquiry now they answered. They answered twice saying after 10.15 pm and said that they are stuck in heavy traffic at Perungalathur.

I thought of standing there and had fear of what if they left because tomorrow I had a very important function in my home town.

My friend and myself are standing there till 11:30 PM, but they never answered my call and also they didn’t returned call back.

After sometime they switched off the phone. The fear inside me started increasing, so I called the SRM support and Agents more then 20 min but they didn’t answered my call.

My friends asked me to go and check in SRM transport (near to SRM university) at 12.15 PM there they said the respective bus went by 10.20 PM.

They said it is not their responsibility too.

We disappointed with driver who did not mentioned about the call and bus stats. We argued with bus SRM agents who said it is not their responsibility to check the passengers boarding status. All our time and money are totally wasted.

The issue here is that they didn’t mentioned about the Bus stats in time. So we have been waiting there for the bus without the knowing that the bus has already went. We are really pissed off about the arrogant behaviour and irresponsibility.

Our only concern here is how many of employees had this kind of experience. I request you to take the necessary actions.

Please give us our money back or give us a another two ticket to Thirunelveli today. Atleast, call([protected]) and let us know why the driver did not mention anything about the bus details on time.
