I applied and got selected in part time phd program of electrical department in srmist modinagar.
I got a provisional letter (Dated[protected] in which it has been instructed to submit a demand draft of rs 12000 in favour of srmist, payable at chennai.
After submission the fee draft and required documents on[protected], i did not receive any confirmation mail of my admission from your side till date.
I received one answer from research head of srm modinagar that your proposed guide has been left the job and we are recruiting faculties for research then we will confirm your candidature.
Due to so much delay in process i took the admission in phd somewhere else.
Now i require the refund of my submitted fee.
I mailed the above details to [protected]@srmist. Edu.in on 21st july 2019 as per instruction got from srm customer care but i did not receive any type of acknowledgement from srm side till date.
I tried to mail prof. Srs prabaharan joint director (Research) and prof. B. Neppolian (Dean research) but worst condition of srm is that the email id they are showing on srm site are bounce failure.
It is good to me that i joined ph. D somewhere else because such type condition in srm are exist then what will happen with my phd course if i join in srm.
I am revolving in customer care numbers and mail from last 3 months for a simple fee refund issue. Nobody is taking care of that even they did not acknowledge my mail.
