Srs Limited — non payment of principal amount & interest on maturity | |
I had invested 50000/- vide fdr no.5921, maturity was due on 5th nov. 17 but cheque bounce with penalty charges levied on me. Warrant no. Is 5905 kindly release other cheque with interest amount. I have purchased Fixed Deposit from this firm but on maturity it failed to return me the maturity amount including the principal amount. On telephone call, no one is responding and not attending the call. Please guide me how to deal and get my money from this fraud company.

My wife is suffering from a chronic disease for which necessary medical evidence has been furnished.
In spite of repeated reminders they have not released any payment after January, 18.
