Srs Limited — Repayment of Fixed Deposits Amount

I have also invested in the FDR of SRS group and suffering from the same problem.

For demanding the payments and taking the legal battle with SRS.

they have issued maturity cheque in advance, if anyone's cheque get dishonored in future, he must file case under section 138 of instrument negotiable act, others must lodge an FIR and send its copy to all related authorities including our politicians

i shall start all possible efforts to punish the culprits, they can not allowed to enjoy luxurious life on our hard earned money. If they are unable to return our money, they should spend their life in jail.

I have done fixed deposit with SRS of amount 200, 000 rupees which has already matured in Jan'17. They are not paying even my principle amount to me. I have been calling them but no progress till now.

It has been 9 months, I am waiting continuously.

I hope they will listen me through this channel and give me my hard-earning money back to me.

I invested 19 lakhs and my dad invested 9 (total 28 lakhs) through 8 different FDs. They have all long matured but we haven't received our money yet. NCLT Chandigarh ordered (dated 20.12.2017) to clear all dues by 15.01.2018. SRS appealed against the verdict to NCLAT, for more time. Now NCLAT has dismissed their case and the owners have gone underground.

Lets all join hands and resources to get back our dues.

Same here. I had placed an FD of RS. 1 lakh which matured on March 19, 2018. I deposited the post dated cheque which was given for the principle value which bounced back due to insufficient funds. Can you let me know if there is any on going legal proceedings that I can join in?

I am also facing same problem and wish to unite with you for the recovery of our hard money. I am willing to pay contribution.

I am also a sufferer of SRS FDs which I invested with my wife for Rs.7.5 lacs which got matured in March 2017.
