I have booked a plot of200seq yards in srs residency panchkula ext 2 paid 80 percent of bsp in your favour till date no possession letter received as the locking period is lapsing and there is no work update from last year now the md of the company is in police custody and office is shutdown no one to hear me all phone number are not reachable chances of getting my plot is negligible so i want my refund back or i will free to take legal action against you Was this information helpful? | |||

Jagmohan Singh, this side I also agree with refund OR Properly developed all amenities as they mentioned Gated Entry, Street Light, Roads, Proper Electricity, and Planned Sewage System. Otherwise there will be no use our Residential Plots.

I booked one flat in SRS PALM HOMES in Sec. 7 Palwal ( Haryana) in my name Rakesh Kumar Adukia on 14/5/15 I total Paid 150000/- After that no news from the builder. The details of the flat is as follow—

I too need help since I paid amount for raipur rani plot but I never got posession and now I dont know if I will get my money back or will get possession
I am also facing the same problem. Paid 80 percent for the plot but unable to see any light regarding its delivery . I also went to visit the place couple of months ago but nothing is there except barren land. They should refund our money back.
i alongwith 2 others are in same situation for the Raipur rani project. we have to take some action.
