[Resolved]  SRS Travels — Cancellation ticket refund issues

Sir, I had booked an online ticket from Sivakasi to Hosur on 16/10/2022. The date of Journey is 21/10/2022.in the name of my uncle Sri.P.Kalirajan, His pnr no. is 36833348. Due to unavoidable circumstance the trip has been cancelled. I cancelled the ticket on 20/10/2022. Confirmation mail has been received. According to their policy, the amount will be refunded within Five working days. Till now my amount has not refunded.
