SS Hyundai Mavelikara — Complaint against ss hyundai mavelikkara

Sir,
I am Vineeth G. since I planned to buy a new Eon car, I came to know from different sources that, Eon era plus star duster is the best among the Eon’s. Regarding this, I gave Rs70, 000 as advance and booked the same from S.S Hyundai (Mavelikkara – Thiruvalla Road, Mavelikara, Kerala 690101) Mavelikara on 10/12/2014.On 12/12/2014 they delivered ember grey color Eon, saying that it is Eon plus star duster. They make me believe that it is Eon era plus star duster.
On the delivered day itself, I feel many sound problems. When I enquired about it, they told me, they make it clear during the first service. Even after the first service, the problems were not solved. Major problem is not getting mileage and no pulling. Due to these problems, I take the car to another Hyundai showroom near my house .There I came to know that, the car with mine is not actually Eon era plus star duster and its manufactured date is July 2014 and also they fake painted at some areas of the car.
Beyond all this they assured me some offers which I don’t get yet .
