Stalkbuylove — I have paid for a product but haven't received it

I placed an order for a dress on 9th December on Stalkbuylove.com and paid for it online via HDFC bank. Below are the order details:

I haven’t received the order yet and the email address mentioned on their website cannot be reached at. I have no tracking details for the order, can’t track via their app as well. I have also tried to reach out to then on their customer care number but that doesn’t work as well.
