[Resolved]  Stanza Living — I'm complaining about my security deposit refund

I'm Alina Helen. I was a resident of STANZA LIVING BRUNSWICK HOUSE on a 11 month contract. User ID- 21BQKAA106 and Room no- BQK0305. I vacated stanza on July 28 2022 as my contract ended and I was asked to fill a google form with my bank details and that I'll get my refund within 21 days. It's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't recieved it yet. I send multiple mails to the operations team and got the same reply each time sending me the same google form asking me to fill it. Even the calls to stanza don't go through much. One time they picked, they told I'll recieve my deposit within 24 hrs which didn't happen. The next time they picked, they assured I'll get it on or before the 25th of September which also didn't happen. This is just a huge scam and fraud!! When we stay there, they used to start bugging us weeks before the due date for the rent on each month and even threaten to cut off facilities like wifi and cab to college if we don't pay in time. Now when it's their turn to pay back the refund, this is how they treat us!!! If this is how they are going to be, then I'll be left with no choice but to take the matter to the officials! I have been patient for too long and this is just not fair!

We booked accommodation on 12.11.2022 to move in on 14.11.2022 and I informed the sales team regarding the same on 13.11.2022 with the details of our arrival and team ensured us that we will be getting accommodation on our arrival but when we reached the place on 14.11.2022 there was no room booked or kept prepared for us.
So we were asked to move to the sample module room and get ready and go to the office by keeping important belongings in the cupboard.
After this inconvenience also we did the same in hope of getting room in the evening but what happened next was we went there in the evening and again no proper room was given again we were asked to go to the sample room and during that time also people were visiting the room for viewing it, and top of everything our room cost was increased to 1000 rs without any information on 14.11.2022 afternoon after we kept our belongings on room.Our main concern was a window side room which I have cleared with sales representative several times but that time at night about 9pm we were offered a very different room from which we have booked plus they asked to move there as it is already night and we don't have any options left and we were told that after our movement into the room price will also go down and we can move to our room after 15 days.
Until 10pm at night we didn't have room so we moved out of your property with loads of disappointment because stanza living comes with a brand name but we had the worst experience there.
So now we won't be able to live there with so many false promises and inconvenience, Refund all of our initial booking amount as it was us who suffered a lot and it was Stanza living who cannot provide us with the room.
I am attaching the recording of my conversation with your sales representative and screenshot of the mails of old and new price and my prior intimation message before arriving.
