Stanza is the good place to live so I decided to book a room in Santa Rosa chennai so I contacted one of yours sales person zafar while making booking I clearly told him that my company has sent me for training which will last for 3 month so I want 3 month locking period but at time of booking he shared locking period of 12 month and hi assured me that once I make the payment he will update locking period to 3 months I blindly trusted on stanza and zafar but after few days he blocked me from every where when I went to house for move they said they will not allow me inside because I have not signed my agreement due to locking period and from 7th august I am staying at my friends place and it's been more then 2 months I waited more and now my training is over and company has given permanent work from home and I have not signed my agreement till now.
I have deposited 33, 574 rupees I literally blindly trusted on stanza living which my blunder mistake you can also contact to your circle manager arun I talked with him so many times regarding my concern so please return me my money back I am not going to stay any more in the house.
