[Resolved]  Star Cj Alive — Defective portable blender chopper

i have order a life crystal portable blender chopper it was delivered on 25 april 2014 but i used it on 5 may l but it was not working properly and immediately inform Star cj alive .Number of time I call customer care centre of star cj alive they said your product change with in 24 hours since 3 to 4 days they said your product change in 24 hours .
